OWSAR is a technology company that creates interactive tools to look inside AI models.

AI currently feels "detached" — most of the magic happens in the cloud, and as a user of these systems, you merely see the end result, which doesn't feel very lively or tangible. Society is innundated with messages underscoring the importance of AI, but for many it remains inaccessible or out of reach. Most tools capture snapshots in time from precarious, friction-laden development setups.

We eventually want to make it possible to interact with AI models in real-time to see how they think and learn as if they were a physical object working in front of you. We believe that by making AI more tangible and interactive, we can help more people develop intuition and glean insight.

Although many are excited about AI, even humanity's best scientists struggle to understand precisely how they are working. This discipline of understanding how AI systems are working is known as interpretability, and a few notable people have said that this is important.
